The regulations for the R/C hobbyist will limit you to 400 ft.

Where
can you fly?
The 1/8 and 1/4 scales can be flown from a backyard or
park. You generally need a 100 ft. x 50 ft. clearing for safe operation
on the larger units. Always be aware of power lines.

Can
you fly in strong winds?
Each of our units will fly the best in low wind conditions. We recommend
max. winds of 15 mph with no gusts.

How
long can you fly?
The fuel tank size and battery charge are the only things
limiting your flight times. The nitro engines will allow 3- to 45
minutes and gas engines will allow 2 to 3 hours of flight time.

far can you fly?
Usually in the line of site, about 1 mile
- What is your return
policy?
All sales are final. All units larger than the 1/4 scale unit are not
returnable. Each kit is custom-made and therefore not available for
resale.

What happens if the engine quits?
If the engine inadvertently dies, the unit will glide
in with a smooth landing.

What
R/C skills are needed?
The 1/8 and 1/4 scale units can be used to teach and
learn to fly radio controlled aircraft. The 1/3 and 1/2 scales are
for the general modeller who has basic flying skills.

if you lose control?
If this should happen and you are over a safe landing area,
shut the engine off and let the unit land itself.

How
durable are the powered parachutes?
The materials supplied are aircraft grade wood and aluminum.
When built as specified they are very rugged and any needed repairs
are simple.

How
long will a parachute last?
The chutes are constructed of ripstop nylon and kevlar
lines. The are very durable and brightly colored. If soiled, sponge
clean with water and a mild soap. Any fuel spray should be cleaned
from the chute in the same manner before storage.
